When a Nanny is appointed the family thinks of what salary should be offered. This question is important for the consideration of many factors. In America a nanny salary is between $300 and $800 per week, or $7.25 to $18 per hour. So you have to determine an appropriate nanny salary which is fair for your family and your nanny.     • Experience level of nanny.
