She worked as board of directors of a non-profit organization helping at-risk youth.  She showed the way to the Nanny Placement Profession in the Pacific Northwest and raised the level of Nanny Professionalism from the obscurity to the point where it is today.  Annie held a board of director position with the international Nanny association and is the Board President of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies which is a household staffing alliance since 2001.
